    I have Pekins and Muscovies.....they are scared to death of my chickens (no roosters) even though the ducks are much larger than the hens and out number them 2-1. The two groups just ignore each other.

    Possible but if your drake mates your hen then you must separate them. Is there a reason you're wanting crested mallards rather than standard mallards?

    I have my Pekins and mallards( 1 is crested ) housed together.They dont bother one another at least not yet. They stay in seperate groups but eat together when i feed them.They share a run also.
