Let me say that I am the man in the house, not the woman, and baking isn't really my thing.. but what the heck, I decided to give it a try.. Found a recipe on here that seemed simple... so I thought.. Note to self - copy ingredient quantities carefully! Instead of copying 1/2 tsp salt down, I wrote 1/2 c salt... I was thinking it seemed like WAY too much, but proceeded anyways.. It actually almost baked completly... a little squishy in the middle... when I took the first bite, I knew exactly what I had done... so, batch #2 is in the oven now... wish me luck!

OH MAN!!! Thats some good stuff! When I was a kid my grandmother made it alot... I have not had any since I moved to MO from CA like 16 or so years ago... Needless to say, it turned out AWESOME this time!... Too bad my wife is at work and doesn't get to enjoy it while its hot outta the oven!
