Argus Pheasant or Nicobar Pigeon Feathers

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone raised either Argus Pheasant or Nicobar Pigeons, or knows someone who does, that I could possible procure some feathers from. I tie flies and it is important to me that I get feathers from a domestic source, so no wild birds, and that they are coming cruelty free. So no, killing just for the feathers. If anyone know of, or has some, just let me know.
