As I cannot see the full bodies of the birds I cannot tell if the birds with the blue colored legs are Aseel or a different breed.
As for the leg color it is supposed to be yellow.

My nicest ones are always the white legged ones. (Pearl.) For APA they are supposed to be yellow, but I don't think the APA knows their aseel from a hole in the ground. In their countries of origin there is no set leg color, as there are many different types of aseel. White is preferred and then pale yellow. They can be black in a black bird, green or slate is undesirable. Kind of foolish to write a standard for a breed with so many different families that only covers one type. Shank shape is way more important than color.
