I’m assisting a hatch on day 23, and one of the chicks seems to be breathing but otherwise not moving and I can’t see the beak. Is it malpositioned? Should I intervene further and break the membrane? I can’t tell if the veins are fully absorbed or not (I read that they’re never truly absorbed completely and will still be slightly visible). I feel like they’re definitely more absorbed than the one next to it, but I’m terrified of intervening too soon and causing bleeding. But I’m also scared she’ll die if I don’t help her! The egg in question is on the left

Definitely not ready so don't interfere anymore and wait. It could possibly be tomorrow before ready to hatch. Apply coconut oil or Vaseline to the membrane so they don't shrink wrap.
