    All I can say is that i bet the ones with the featherd shanks and two outer toes are cochins (#3-5). My favorite broody chicken, I will always have at least 1 around [​IMG]

    Looks like Americanas (the chipmunk lookin' chicks), Cochins and Old English. [​IMG]

    Thank you for all the ideas. I sure hope i get some cochin hens. Last time i bought 18 bantams and only ONE was a hen!!

    Okay .... the feathers sticking out of the top of the bars .... that is my favorite hen, SHE has started crowing and making baby chicks ...
    *sigh* She is a he and i can't find a good home for him so he is my house chicken for the moment. I even bought a diaper. [​IMG]

    As for the feathers sticking out of the bin, that is a Turkey wing. We raised our own heavies last year and someone offered me $20 to save a wing.
    She never collected and i have no idea what to do with the dang thing.
