Need room in the pens, have to move a few hens around that are not needed for any current breeding project. 1 - Red Sex Link Hen, started laying in July.Really strong layer. $20 1 - Red hen ( has self blue under tones, blue tail, slate legs, etc. ) really excellent layer of large brown eggs. I think she's leghorn x EE... she's just really pretty $20 1 -Ideal 236 hen, started laying in July. Lays an egg daily, if you don't mind an Easter egg hunt if she's free ranging. This hen just can't quite catch the concept of laying in a nesting box. $15 2 - Black Australorp hens, siblings from a May hatch. Hadn't started laying before the frost began. With egg numbers low, not sure if they've started laying or not. $20 / each 1 - Barred Plymouth Rock pullet, just started laying. She's really small, only about 4lbs. To small for my pens, my rooster is to big for her. $15 I also have two mutt roosters, one Grey ( unknown heritage. Really pretty rooster ), and one bantam that is all white. He looks like a miniature white leghorn rooster. They've been covering the hens and make a nice little flock, the eight of them are a team. Will let the whole batch, roosters and hens, go for $100 - or the roosters for $10 / each. It's been raining cats and dogs here so they're a little rough, but I can get some pictures if needed.
