At what age are chickens adults with their full feathers?

Your question has to many answers needed.
1, How old until fully feathered?
2, at what age are they full grown adults?


I'm no Pro thats for sure, with our babies they were pretty much featherd out at 6 weeks. They still have some ( very little) baby fluff poking from under their neck feathers. Our older girls are 4 months old and about as big as they're going to get (I think). but they still haven't reached Puberty yet.
Also depends on Breeds I would think.
