At what age can you start sexing you chickens?

Assuming you are right about the breeds:

The Barred Rock might be sexable now (males have more white than females, at all ages.)

For the Salmon Faverolle, if it grows black breast feathers it is male, if it grows pale breast feathers it is female. There are color differences in other parts of the body too, so someone knowledgeable (not me) might be able to tell already by looking at photos of that one.

The others probably need to wait a few more weeks before they can be reasonably sexed from photos.
I will post pics of those 2 incase someone comes along but I belive there female by that description

Do you have pics of the Salmon Faverolle that isn't in red light? It doesn't have chest feathers yet but its wings are pretty dark in the photo, it could be the lighting or a sooty female. My cockerel is 4 weeks now and very clearly male.
