4 weeks but almost all are fully feathered

They're a bit young yet for accurate sexing. The SF was obvious because that breed is sexually dimorphic.

I know this might not be the right forum but should I be worried that one of the chick has awful torn feathers is that normal

Sometimes yes, because chicks are hard on their feathers. It's good that they molt and get new feathers so often!

But sometimes it is not normal, and is caused by being picked by other chickens, or something like that.

You can post a photo and get some opinions. Starting a new thread for it is fine, but asking here in this thread is fine too.
