At what age did your silkie males start mating at?

I have a 21 week old male silkie that is mating. I have never had one mate this early before! My male is a very light cream colour and the hen is a paint. So the colour of the chicks will be anybodies guess!

21 weeks is 5.25 months. Sounds sort of right to me, but I dont know if silkeys are different than regular chickens

Silkies usually are slower to develop. My hens only start laying at 6-7 months of age.
