Bought 12 chicks. 3 are cockerels. I've read that you should have no more than 1 cockerel to every 19 chicks. They are all 10 weeks old now. At what age should I rehome 2 of the cockerels?

The guideline about 1 male for every 10 females is for fertility.
When the girls start showing signs of over mating you have too many males.
When the boys roughly breed and stress the girls, you have too many males.
When the boys start to fight and won't stop and you are constantly treating injuries you have too many males.
All the action starts around 12 weeks old or so.
I'd start advertising now in hopes you can find someone to take them within the next several weeks. It helps to take extremely good pictures of the boys posed in front of a pretty backdrop. I have rehomed nine cockerels and roosters this way. None of them went to freezer camp. I advertised on Craigslist and three different local Facebook Poultry groups.
