We have a 4 wk old salmon faverolle pullet from meyers which has a cross beak. At this time we are not set up to have a special needs chick like this on the farm. This little girl will need special care. We have no experience with cross beak chicks and she would be great for someone looking for a cute little girl to make their special friend. She might even be a good house chicken. We have 4 large dogs and 4 cats and really can't give her the time/care she needs to truly be a happy chick. So far she is roughly the same size as the other two salmon faveroles we have so she must be eating/drinking ok but the beak is getting worse and I fear she will need to be segregated soon and this won't be possible here. Please help this little girl. We will certainly do our best here if no one wants her but I thought i would reach out and see if someone could give her a better home.
