They look like game crosses and the one on the left is a Red Pyle and the other one is has a Golden Necked coloring

No, they one on the left could be called Red shouldered as in Red Shouldered Yokohama, but that is the only breed that has that coloring called Red Shouldered. They are both probably Yokohama mixes
