My ducks (one in particular) have been having a major attitude towards the rescued duck.
    They are all drakes.
Is there anything I can do to change this?

As day length increases so does testosterone levels. It is very likely that you will have to separate out the new duck as their aggression will progress to attempts to gang breed.

They've been together all winter long..

My ducks don't like to share.. They're just like kids! Lol

They have a "This is mine!" Attitude. And peck At him.. But they follow each other around like they're best friends.

Do they have enough space to get away from each other? I have found out the hard way that cramp quarters leads to aggression sometimes.
