Up for auction is a beautiful non bearded white silkie cockeral. He was born November 2nd 2011, making him almost 5 months old. He is showing huge promise, with nice features already. I hatched him out of a batch of 22 eggs bought from a respected silkie breeder in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, I got 50% male from that hatch!!

He has 5 toes (in the pic he was clinging to my leg so they look crooked in the pic but they aren't, and the muddy run took its toll on the foot feathers) decent foot feathering, correct dark comb and eyes, nice crest and tail. I am not an expert on wings yet, but they look good to me, no sagging or drooping. He will arrive clean and bathed, free of any critters, he has just been treated with Ivermectin and is eating Blue Seal pellet feed. He has lived in an enclosed run with other boys and girls and has been a good little guy, no pecking or aggressiveness, but certainly able to hold his own. He is hard to get a picture of but if you would like any other pics please email me and I will take additional pics. Thanks for giving him a good home, I have too many Roo's!!!
