Just got my incubator in the mail and I set 13 eggs. This is my first hatch!!!

Did you run it for a day to let it heat up and see if the temps are stable?

As for the poll. I set anywhere from 2 to 80. My incubator will hold over 120 and the hatcher another 50 so I can stagger hatches. It gets awkward in the hatcher if I want to pedigree the eggs/chicks though.

Yes, I ran it actually a little bit longer that 24 hours to stabilize.

I candled and I am thinking only 1 of the 13 is unfertilized. I'll know today...I am going to candle again.

Well my first time incubating was not so great! I am so devastated. I did have 2 hatch and are in the brooder. I had the third hatch, and died in the incubator while drying off. And the fourth died before fully hatching. I dont know what happened. All of the settings on the incubator were fine and stable. I dont think anything else is going to hatch. It is day 23 and there is no movement of the eggs.

It may not be yours or the incubator's fault. There are so many variables.
