Australorp/orpington roo or pullet?

These are from the same hatch I believe and they were given to us as a pullet and a roo but I am not sold on the one being a roo or not. Comb is big but feathers and feet are the same to me...

The bird in question... he was just hit with a breeze thats why he is all fluffy

I tried to get a shot, comparing their legs. Bird in question is facing away, hatchmate is facing the camera. Her comb is WAY smaller but their legs seem the same to me.

Either way they are pretty cool birds and I can't wait to see what they look like grown up!
 
Definately a roo. Most of my roos develop their combs and wattles first and their rooish feathering next.
Pretty chickens.
