Hello! I'm pretty new to chickens... Well, these are my very first chickens. Three Australorps.
The hatchery sold them to us as all female, but I'm having my suspicions of one of the chickens.

They are approx 16-18 weeks old.

Are you sure? I've been looking at a few grown Australorp hens and some other topics similar to mine. I've heard that they get bright comb/wattles as they come into lay. Is that a possibility?

It could be, but compared to the others doubt it. Can you get pictures of the back tail area? If there is no saddle feathers, it cound be a she.

As a tiny baby when I got them this one in particular was always the biggest- as the hatchery sold in 2 week groups, I presume this one was 1-2 weeks older. I'll go run out and try to get more pics of this one.

Also! No crowing at all, it's got me a bit confused...

    Phew!
I'd hate to have to get rid of anyone, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
