Our black Australorp hen (~5 lbs, peak weight 5.8 lbs) has been acting lethargic and has been walking very slowly with a poor appetite (she doesn’t eat mealworms anymore even though she used to love them normally) for ~2 days. Her comb used to be very big and bright red but has drooped over and turned pale pink (it has been like this for a few weeks now). yesterday her comb turned purple but returned to pale pink today. Today she pooped a yellow, liquidy, egg-like substance. She has been egg-bound in the past so we checked inside of her and this came out (see picture). Even after it was removed she’s been acting tired (very sleepy) and isn’t eating. Can you identify the thing in the photo? Could it be worms or maybe something she ate? Our chickens eat frogs and snakes but we didn’t see this one eating a snake. Any advice on how we can help her?

That is either a malformed egg or infection material (pus) from salpingitis. Since she's been acting off for several weeks I would suspect the salpingitis. If you still have it and can cut it open, that might help with ID. Salpingitis/lash material usually looks like layers of cooked egg, and may have some egg material in it. Lash eggs can be kind of egg shaped, or sometimes they take the shape of the passage and are long and thin, and those can be difficult to impossible for the bird to pass.
If you think it's a malformed egg then calcium supplementing may help, it helps with contractions. A calcium citrate +D tablet once daily. Salpingitis is notoriously difficult to treat, Baytril (enrofloxacin) is often the recommended treatment, but it often doesn't respond well to treatment. It's often pretty advanced by the time the bird shows symptoms. If her abdomen feels bloated, below the vent and between the legs, then that increases chances it's that also. Do you know when she actually last laid?
