Australorp's Feathers Not Growing

My friend has an Australorp hen that's around a year and a half old, laying perfectly fine. There are no roosters in the flock, no mites, and no picking on her at all. She seemed to be molting about 6 months ago maybe more and her feathers haven't grown back or have shown any growth whatsoever. Her diet is exactly the same and no other chicken in the flock is experiencing the same thing. We are wondering what this may be

No idea but try upping the protein. If the problem is protein, some canned mackerel every other day may do the trick.

She didn't change anything when they were molting we will try upping the protein thanks
