I built an automatic opener as prescribed by Chris & Keri's blog from 2009 and I have a few questions.
Does one switch only work when the power comes on to open the door?
Does only one switch work when the power goes off to close the door?
Why doesn't the red light illuminate when the charger is plugged and on?
Is there something I've done wrong because at the end of the instructions it states to test the switches after assembly but only one of each type of switch works when AC power is provided and the other only works when there is no AC power.
Is the battery constantly be charged when the charger is plugged in and there is power to it?
Yup, I know, so many questions but I just want this to be as it should be.
