    I don't understand all the posts around this. The avian flu has always been in the USA. This is not the strain that transmits to humans. The media is always putting hype around this stuff to cause panic. Go to the CDC web site and familiarize yourself with the various strains and when outbreaks occured and where. This is not uncommon or new news. Education is key.

    No panic, well not really, sad those birds were put down though. I have not really read up on much but I do know the stran they had was not one that us humans could catch or something and hits every year.

    Sorry to get ya freaked out on me!
