I finally got the majority of the aviary done and got some wood ducks and mandarins! Let me know what you guys think.

Thank you! I need to get more cover and I'd like to get branches to hang. I also still need to get there nesting boxes out there too

Very nice aviary. What other species beside mandarins are you planning on getting? Also, how often will you have to clean the pond?

Cinnamon teals and Baikal teals.
I clean the skimmer once or twice a week and I use a pool skimmer about 2 times a week to try to get stuff of the bottom. So far the pond is clean enough. To me I'm getting more dirt off the plants in there then the ducks haha

beautiful i wish my aviary looked that good, its just a temporary place for now though, i plan to go bigger some day.

how did u do you roof it looks very interesting?

We had truses put on but in the front we shaved the corner off to make it easier to get through. We took a 4x4 from the middle to the back pole. It was a lot of compound miter cuts.
