I'm looking for an Ayam Cemani breeder anywhere in Washington State. Does anyone know of any? I'd even be willing to go to Oregon or Idaho.

My birds are from a breeder in Minnesota who says he got his from Watson Ridge. He's had them for many years. I currently don't have any hens laying as I've sold them all but I do have chicks right now that will be my breeding stock for next year.

Did you get the hybrids or the purebreds?

I got both. The genepool for Cemani's in America is really small. Won't be long before they're all related and it's not possible to get fresh stock.

I already have stock from Toni Marie and Mike bean,so I thought I'd see what Minnesota ones look like.

I am actually importing a new line from Europe right now. It is completely unrelated from any of the legally imported lines in this country.
