Baby Bobwhite Quail!

I am so happy out of three Bobwhite Quail eggs that I put in and didn't candle once one hatched! One died I am guessing on day 11 and the other infertile. He thinks he is a human and I have named him Peepers because that is all he does!

He has really long legs and piped at the wrong end but is so cute!

Awww poor lil one needs some buddies or atleast a featherduster or stuffed animal .. that should help quiet the peeping a lil

I put one in there with him but he is only intrested in sitting in my hand and falling asleep.... that's what you get for holding it forever

But yes i put in freinds for him and he totally ignores the stuffed animals I am trying to find him some freinds. Might put some eggs in the incubator but by then he will be around 27 days old so. MAbye something else will come up.
