baby chick gets stepped on by mom

recently one of my hens had chicks and she’s had them for three days but today i had gone to check on them but i noticed one her chicks was laying and when i went to grab it kept going backwards and it didn’t wanna get up but im not sure what to do

Going backwards is usually a neurological symptom.

Try giving 400IU Vitamin E along with 1/4 tablet B-Complex. Make sure the chick is drinking well and eating. Give a bit of soft cooked egg daily as well.
