I have a lot of baby chicks that I hatched in an incubator. There is one that is bald on a lot of the body. None of the other babies are like this and I've never had it happen before. The chicks are 3-4 weeks old, and I'm not sure which this chick is specifically. Please help me if you know what's going on.

If he was fully feathered before and suddenly now looks like this, he is being feather picked. Is that blood in the one photo?. You will have to separate this chick from the others.
More than likely your 3 week old chicks either need more room (over crowding can cause picking), or need more protein in there diet. Tell us about your set up and heat source and temperature. Also what are you feeding. And how many chicks you have total.
