I need some help ASAP. Im working on posting a video and i’ll post it here soon!

A little background: These chicks are no older then a week old, if even that. I need some help because i just noticed one of the chicks walking extremely weird. It seems to be acting perfectly fine, and i haven’t noticed this early and I’ve been spending all day with these guys. Acting fine other then the fact its leg and wing (same side) is spread out, and walking like a penguin waddle. Its super strange and not sure what i should do. There are no injuries, blood, nothing.
The one with this issue is a Japanese bantam chick, and the mom is quite big.
This ones care is with a broody mom who loves them all dearly, should i separate this one? I don’t want to have to reintroduce it or take it away if not necessary.

I should add Isbe is a little clumsy, she tends to step on them, but not often at all, and they seem perfectly fine after.

I need some thoughts on what to do.
