Baby chick is frail and weak.

I have 4 Australorps chicks, one is a roo.

I noticed when they arrived that a chick had pasty butt. I cleaned her butt and gently removed the droppings. But she looks so frail and her feathers don't look that normal. She seems to be talking a lot,as if in pain. Her droppings had blood.

How should I give them the egg yolks?
All if the chicks seem to be sneezing here and there.
My adult flock has a respiratory disease so I didnt take them near their coop. How can I ensure that these young ones wont catch the disease?

Feed magic water, it boosts their immune system and gives them a jump start

2 cloves of water
1/2 cup of honey
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
