Baby chick issue

I have a day old chick with a red ball out of her vent from what I can tell. These are my first chickens so I am not sure what to do. The chick hatched about 12 hours ago. The red ball has shrunk and seems to be drying up. The other two that hatched are normal and do not have this. Any ideas?

Not sure what that is. Best bet is to leave her inside the incubator another few hours. Hopefully it dries up
