Baby chick looks deformed

I posted about this little chick that seemed sick and i put it in a box for a couple of days and let it rest all by itself. yesterday i put it back out with the other chicklets and it is running around however, it looks like its chest has a baloon in it, on the chick right side. does this sound normal and should i remove it from the others so they dont get sick?

He might have just eaten a lot of food. Food goes to a storage area called the crop where it is softened. He was probably just a little piggy.
