Baby chick not acting right, please advise

I have my broody hen raising four chicks that I put under her one night about two weeks ago. They have been doing fine except one, our lav orp. That chick's head seems very small for it's size and today it's acting very odd. It keeps throwing it's head back and falling down. At first I thought it got trampled by the other hens and it's neck was broken, but it can stand and walk. It's very strange and I'm worried for it and for the rest of my flock. I hope it's not a disease that I've introduced to all of my birds.

Sounds odd. I would separate it, give it electrolytes and vitamins plus some sugar in the water. Feed it some cooked egg chopped up. Keep it warm. Maybe someone will post that has seen this before. Good luck .
