Baby Chick not eating, drinking and breathing with open mouth HELP

I have a 2.5 week baby chick that has been breathing with her mouth open (no noise coming out), eyes closed and has not been interested in eating or drinking. The breathing doesn't seem to be heat related... almost a gasping for air. Has anyone had experience with this before?

Do you have a place where she can get away from the heat source in the brooder? The panting sounds like she may be too hot and overheated.

Yes, I removed her out of the broader into a cooler area about 20+ minutes ago and she is still has the same symptoms.
