Baby chick not moving.

I have 10, almost a week old black sex-links and one of them won't move. When ever she stand, she will wobble back and forth or just fall asleep. She is eating a drinking but I think she is getting worse. There are no visible signs of any injuries.. I separated her from the rest of the chicks (with food, heat lamp, and water of course). Is there anything else I should be doing?

Try giving her some mashed up hard boiled egg and sugar water. Yogurt also works well.
