Baby chick poop

I went to check on my flock this morning and noticed the chicks droppings from last night. Should I be concerned?

Looks like the intestinal lining is shedding, which is a normal activity for chickens

I saw something similar last night in our brooder, but more slimy with the weird red stuff in the middle (blood colored but more solid?). I panicked but they are all fine this morning...
