baby chick problem

My baby chick has a sore on one of it hocks and cannot stand up. It will eat and drink and seems to be strong. I don't know what to do other than put a bandaid around its legs to help it stand so far it cant even seem to stand up. please help.

This could be just an injury from being pecker or something could i please see a picture and also did it hatch out like that?
