I have probably ten baby chicks in what I would call a predator proof run. Nothing big can get to them. However, I am wondering if something small might be attacking them, mice, baby raccoon? Three of them have thier crops torn up so bad that food is coming out. What could be doing this?

OMG.... that sounds horrible! Can mice and rats smell food in their crops??? Yet another worry!
