My family acquired some baby chickens and one has fallen ill. So far here are her symptoms: not moving/sleeping, pasty butt(I cleaned it.), continuously trying to poop but nothing coming out, barely any balance or energy, yellow/greenish poop discharge and only once had a very tiny bit of blood. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like coccidiosis! Treat with Corid, (amprolium) not the medicated feed (preventative amprolium) but the actual Corid drug! Treat everyone in the brooder. If all you have is medicated feed, make a wet mash to feed with syringe to the failing chick. Good luck, hope she makes it.
