Baby Chicken worms

Bought 4 baby chicks from rural king and noticed this while cleaning the brooder. Any ideas what it is and the following steps ?

There are no worms, just normal chick poops :]

I agree, no worms. However, there appears to be excess shed intestinal lining. Consider getting your chicks started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution. Dosage is 9.5ml per gallon of water for 5 days. Make it fresh daily and dont add anything else into the mixture. Do not give them any supplements containing thiamine.
The Corid should be in the cattle section at a feed store.
