Baby chickens help

The other day we got a shipment of chickens. 15 buff orpington. 15 black austrolorp. One of the orpington has a ball of poop on his but. I don't want to pull it off because it seems stuck and I don't want to hurt it. I will post a pic of necessary. I am afraid that it will enable him from pooping I don't really know what to do. Please help.

Use warm water and let it soak the poop then it should come right off. This happens when chicks are stressed in some way and is common.
