Baby chicks foamy yellow poop

Hi there. I have 3 baby chicks about 1.5 weeks old. I have noticed one of them with yellow foamy poop consitently the past 2 days. They all seem happy and healthy otherwise. They are on medicated feed. Should i be concerned? Should i give them something in case its worms or coccidiosis? Thanks for your help

Sometimes chicks just have funky-looking poop like that. If there's no blood or no other concerning symptoms, I'd just keep an eye on them. You could try adding probiotics, too. Best wishes for your littles!
