Yesterday we moved 2 of our 4 chickens(10 weeks) outside with the older chickens(leg horns). After standing and watching
they all took to it pretty well(everyone is still alive) My question is how do I feed 2 separate foods, or can my baby chickens eat layen food yet(I read they should not)Can I mix food...baby and layen food. Any suggestion will help
    Thanks

Feed everyone something besides layer -- grower, flock raiser, even starter. Offer some oyster shell on the side. Actually, you can feed your flock this way all the time if you wish; usually done with flock raiser.

Thank You. I will finish my starter and switch to flock raiser. I'm just happy everyone is still alive.....after introducing small to big
