Baby chicks- What breed and or/ gender?

How old are they? To me they look to young to tell what gender they are.

We got them when they were a little less than a month old. The man who had bred the chicks wasn't there, and one of his relatives sold the chicks to us. He had no idea about their age/gender/breed. We think they are about four to six weeks old. We aren't sure though. Sorry.
