I had a broody hen hatch some babies. Long story short, I had to introduce a new baby from Atwoods for her to have.

The little one on the left is her hatchling. The daddy is a Speckled Sussex, and the mom is either a buff brahma or a production red. They're a week and two days old.

However, the little one on the right is from Atwoods. If I read the chart right it's a Light Brahma, but it's got to be a bantam right? If it is a light brahma.

Theyre probably too young to tell but any guesses on gender?

way too young to tell, when they are about 6 weeks or older is the best time to sex them

Thank you, @Poultry parent! Do you the lighter chick is a light brahma or something else?

Agreed, to young to sex. But does the chick from Atwoods have "puffy" cheeks?

@Chicken Girl1 mmm they look pretty 'flat face' like a usual chick! I'd have to get a closer look tomorrow morning to answer for sure

okay! so after going out and looking, yes! its little cheeks are 'puffy' and full. Its nest sibling has very flat features in comparison.
