Baby Orp walks normal and appears to be crawling other times?

I am wondering if this is the start of spraddle leg. it seems to walk normal some times and sit on the back of its leg and move that way. Should I get out some bandaids or is it too soon?

Sounds more like a hip problem than spraddle leg.
