Baby pigeon help.

Hello. I had a pigeon hatch very early Yesterday morning( around 11-12 last night into morning.). My first one ever. Ive been doing some research but havent figured some out. I started feeding it at around 9 am. Then at 1, 5, and 9 (ish) pm. Ive been feeding it the kaytee exact feed according to instructions for hatchlings. It is kept warm at 100 degrees. I have only been feeding once the crop is empty. It has only pooped once at night. It also has some kind of black ring around the vent that started as a spot yesterday. Is there something that i have been doing wrong or something i should try?

Do you have pictures? Why aren’t the pigeon’s parents raising it?
