Baby Quail has a Crooked Neck - Help!

I hatched my own bobwhites eggs this year. We had 14 fertilized eggs and only 6 hatched. (2 of them we helped hatch) one of the two ended up passing away, the other one has a crooked neck. Here’s a pic... Anyway, I think it might be wry neck or something similar. I read you’re supposed to treat wry neck with vitamin e, but does anyone have any tips or tricks? I just don’t want this chick to end up like his sister! Thanks everyone!

How's the chick doing?
When I treat wry neck I give vitamin b complex for cattle and vitamin E.
