Baby Quail

I know this is not about a chicken an im sorry if this is against the rules but my baby quail chick keeps chirping and idk why he has food water and heat I need help please

Do you have more than one baby quail? Is it maybe lonely? Did you dip it's beak into the water to teach it how to drink? Did you try putting some food on the floor of your brooder to see if it is eating? Do you have the heat lamp at one end of the brooder so, it can go to the other end if, it's too warm? Or did you put a thermometer in the brooder so you know it is not cold? Sorry I am just throwing out possible reasons.

He's not lonely. He has food and water and heat at one end.

They are often loud. I just hatched 48 myself. Some are just more highstrung in nature, I wouldnt be too worried about him. Some of my babies are very calm and quiet, while certain individuals are loud and wild.
