Hi all! I just have a quick question about my Light Brahma Rooster chick. He’s only about 3 days old and he’s very frisky and aggressive. He keeps pecking at all of my other chicks eyes and feet. Sometimes when he pecks at one of them they cry like it hurt bad. I’m just curious if this behavior will continue or if he will stop doing this. I just don’t want him to continue to hurt them as they get older. Is he only pecking them because their eyes stick out under the red light or is he doing cause he’s gonna be an aggressive rooster?

Is anyone actually injured? How much room do they have in there? Have places for them to be out of sight, like behind a feeder, or some object. Not a dead end, but a private area. Then, see how things develop. Pecking order issues can look pretty rough, but without injuries, it's likely fine.
Have more than one feeder and waterer to prevent more issues too.

No one is really hurt I just worry when he pecks at there eyes cause I don’t want anyone to lose an eye. He’s very sweet when I hold him so I’m just hoping that he’s pecking them because some things just stick out and he doesn’t know what it is

It will stop in a few days..Provide tree stumps and have a good sized Brooder..Fun things for Chicks to play on..
